Hackensack Meridian Health is hiring a Scribe/Certified Medical Assistant to support clinicians in a busy practice in New Jersey. The CMA/Scribe provides clinical care under physician supervision and documents in the Medical Record as directed, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

The role includes performing Medical Receptionist and other clerical duties as requested, with emphasis on clear communication, strong organization, and knowledge of medical terminology to support high-quality patient

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Excellent listening and written communication.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, stressful environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office or Google Suite.

Responsabilités

• Provide clinical care under physician supervision and document in the Medical Record.
• Present during provider's performance of clinical service.
• Cannot perform CMA and scribe duties for the same patient.
• Perform Medical Receptionist and other clerical duties as requested.
