Unknown is seeking a remote, full-time associate to schedule Annual Wellness Visits and preventive screenings by calling members across the United States.

In this role you will educate members about benefits, care opportunities, and the importance of completing recommended visits, using MS Office and EMR/CRM systems to track interactions and outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required; CMA/RMA/CCMA preferred.
• 1 year of healthcare, care coordination, patient scheduling, or call center experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills; proficient with MS Office and EMR/CRM.
