Job summary

Welltality is seeking Certified Medical Assistants to conduct Medicare Annual Wellness Visit screenings by phone, fully remote from home.

You'll speak with patients, document responses in the EMR, and help schedule screenings. This role emphasizes accuracy, efficiency, and clear communication in a remote, desk-based environment.

The position offers 35–40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, with a stable weekday schedule and performance bonuses based on results.

Qualifications

• Current Medical Assistant certification.
• Experience communicating directly with patients.
• Strong typing and computer skills.
• Ability to listen, talk, and document simultaneously.
• Familiarity with medications, medical conditions, and healthcare terminology.
• Comfortable using EMRs and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Spanish/English bilingual skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Medicare Annual Wellness Visit screening questionnaires with patients by phone.
• Make outbound calls to scheduled and eligible patients.
• Document patient responses accurately in the EMR during the call.
• Assist eligible patients with scheduling their wellness screening.
• Communicate clearly with patients and clinic staff.
• Maintain complete, accurate, and compliant documentation.
