PharmD Live is seeking a detail-oriented Medical Assistant to support our telehealth care management program in a remote, high-volume environment. This role combines patient outreach, appointment scheduling, care coordination, and core Medical Assistant support in a remote, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities include scheduling, wellness visits support, medication reconciliation, accurate documentation in the EHR, HIPAA compliance, and meeting outreach targets while thriving in a remote

Qualifications

• Medical Assistant certification or equivalent healthcare experience.
• Experience in healthcare outreach, scheduling, or care coordination.
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.
• Comfortable with high-volume calling and performance metrics.
• EHR experience preferred.
• Medicare patient experience preferred.
• Reliable and self-motivated in a remote environment.
