Job summary

Mass General Brigham's North Shore Medical Center, Inc. in Peabody, MA is seeking a full-time Medical Assistant for an onsite practice. The role supports primary and specialty care, with initial training hours from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM for 90 days, then a start time around 7:45–8:00 AM and end by 5:00 PM, plus one half-day weekly.

Key duties include patient intake, vitals, phlebotomy (if trained), charting, and coordinating with providers. Onsite location: Two Corporation Way.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Associate's Degree Medical Assisting preferred.
• Experience in lieu of a degree not accepted.

Responsibilities

• Assist junior Medical Assistants with onboarding and daily tasks.
• Show patients to exam rooms, prepare equipment, record vitals and medical info.
• Explain procedures, medications, diets, and physician instructions to patients.
