Marathon Health, a leading primary care provider, is seeking an experienced Medical Assistant in Loveland, CO. The MA works closely with a primary care physician to deliver high-quality patient care and exceptional guest experiences, covering both clinical duties and front-desk responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Medical Assistant, preferably in Primary Care.
• Graduation from a formal Medical Assistant program or related program.
• National or state MA certification/registration is strongly preferred and may be required where applicable.
• CPR/BLS certification required at start date.
• Phlebotomy experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Escort patients to exam rooms; ensure rooms are cleaned and stocked.
• Review and update health information to inform the provider.
• Take vitals, perform blood draws, injections, wound care; assist with procedures.
• Prepare and administer medications and immunizations per provider order.
• Coordinate with care team to develop patient plans and address care gaps.
• Front desk duties: scheduling, records requests, referrals, and documentation.
