Job summary

Marathon Health, LLC is seeking an experienced Medical Assistant to join our care team in Denver. The MA will work closely with a primary care physician to deliver high‑quality patient care and enhance the guest experience, acting as both Medical Receptionist and clinical support.

Requirements include 1 year of MA experience (primary care preferred), graduation from an MA program, and MA certification/registration where required, plus CPR/BLS certification on start.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Medical Assistant experience, preferably in Primary Care.
• Graduation from a formal Medical Assistant program or related program.
• National or state MA certification or registration preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification required at start date.
• Phlebotomy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Escort patients to room and ensure exam rooms are clean and stocked.
• Take vitals, perform blood draws, give injections, and assist with procedures.
• Work with contracted labs for additional tests.
• Prepare and administer medications and immunizations as directed by the Provider.
• Front desk duties: scheduling, records requests, and referrals.
