Job summary

Marathon Health is seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to support our primary care team in Loveland, CO. You will work closely with a primary care physician, handling clinical tasks and patient interactions to deliver high-quality care and a great guest experience.

The role blends clinical duties with front desk responsibilities, including scheduling and record management, while supporting a care team focused on accessible, compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Medical Assistant.
• Graduation from a formal Medical Assistant program.
• National or state MA certification or registration preferred.
• MA certification/registration required where applicable.
• CPR/BLS certification required at start date.
• Phlebotomy experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Escort patients to exam rooms and ensure rooms are clean and stocked.
• Take vitals, draw blood, administer injections as directed by Provider.
• Manage front desk tasks: scheduling, record requests, referrals, and check-in/out.
• Document data in medical records following guidelines.
• Coordinate lab tests and communicate results to patients.
