Responsibilities

• Rooms patients promptly and prepares them for visit using EMR.
• Performs clinical tasks including phlebotomy, EKGs, injections, and specimen handling.
• Maintains infection control and safe patient care practices.
• Provides telephonic patient care and care coordination with specialists and other services.
• Supports nursing staff with documentation, education materials, and patient instruction.
