Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Thursday, 6:30am-5pm (Fridays and weekends off)

Position Highlights:

• Provide compassionate, collaborative, and effective patient care with sound clinical judgment.
• Support providers in delivering care and managing patient needs.
• Conduct chart reviews for pre-visit planning, medication refills, and clinical requests; support desktop work.
• Collaborate within the care team to optimize patient management.
• Prepare patients for examinations and procedures; maintain exam rooms and supplies.
• Administer medications and vaccines under provider supervision, including blood draws and lab processing.
• Maintain compliance with quality standards.
• Engage patients to ensure they feel respected and involved.
• Work with clinical and administrative staff to enhance patient experience and clinic efficiency.

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of Medical Assistant training with relevant skills and knowledge, or MA Certification.
• Current Basic Life Support certification from AHA, Red Cross, or HSI; must obtain within 2 weeks if not current.
• Initial and ongoing certification is encouraged and supported.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program, or CMA (AAMA), RMA (AMT), or CCMA (NHA) certification, or willing to certify within 60 days of hire.
