Trinity Health Of New England’s Plastic Surgery Specialty Practice in Springfield, MA is hiring a Medical Assistant. You will prepare patients for visits, document information in medical records, and support front-office and clinical tasks in a fast-paced, supportive team.

The role involves triaging calls, coordinating patient flow, and scribing between patient and physician to ensure accurate charting and efficient care delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of six months related work experience is required.
• Associate’s Degree in Medical Assistance preferred; National Certification as a Medical Assistant a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for office visits and escort to treatment rooms.
• Obtain pertinent patient information for medical records and document in chart.
• Manage patient communications and triage calls per clinical pathways.
• Scribe information between patient and physician and document all relevant data.

Skills
