Panoramic Health is seeking a Medical Assistant to support physicians in a busy clinical setting. You will handle back-office tasks, assist with exams, manage inventory, and prepare patients for tests, while maintaining patient confidentiality and accurate charting.

The role emphasizes professional patient interactions, timely communication, and teamwork with office staff to ensure high-quality care and efficient clinic operations in a Florida setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of an accredited medical assistant certification program preferred.
• Minimum 2 years; combined education/experience as substitute for minimum experience.

Responsabilités

• Provides general back-office support to physicians.
• Assists provider with exams as needed.
• Stock and monitor inventory levels of medical supplies.
• Monitors and maintains medication sample closet.
• Prepares and assists patient for testing; obtains results and notifies patient as instructed by physician.
• Answers patient calls promptly and professionally.
• Performs chart prep and final review.
• Trains back-office staff as needed by the Office Administrator.
• Follows office policies and confidentiality rules.
