Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians with medical procedures and exams.
• Perform phlebotomy and laboratory testing per protocols.
• Obtain vital signs and document in EMR.
• Prepare patients for procedures and exams.
• Maintain QA/QC logs and equipment records.
• Schedule outside testing and referrals as ordered.
• Follow safety, HIPAA, and AON policies; ensure lab compliance.
