Conceptions Reproductive Associates in Lafayette, CO is hiring a Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist for a full-time daytime role (7:00 AM-4:30 PM). Salary range is $24.00 to $26.00 hourly, with a $1,000 sign-on bonus after 90 days.

The position supports fertility care within the IVIRMA North America network. Ideal candidates have 6+ months MA experience, proficient in Outlook/Excel, and a patient-focused approach.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of Medical Assistant experience in a physician practice or healthcare setting.
• Excellent interpersonal and patient-service skills.
• Ability to work occasional weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare exam and procedure rooms for patient visits and treatments.
• Assist physicians and clinical staff with patient care and clinical procedures.
• Perform phlebotomy and specimen collection.
• Process specimens for in-house and reference laboratories.
• Obtain and document patient information accurately.
• Ensure equipment, supplies, and treatment rooms are clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Maintain clinical inventory and supply levels.
• Follow established clinical protocols and safety standards.
• Support patients throughout their fertility treatment journey.
• Provide compassionate care and emotional support before, during, and after procedures.
• Educate patients on upcoming appointments, testing, and procedures.
• Help create a welcoming and positive patient experience.
• Serve as a trusted resource for patients during an important chapter of their lives.

What You'll Do

As a Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist, you'll play an important role in creating an exceptional patient experience from start to finish.

Clinical Responsibilities

• Prepare exam and procedure rooms for patient visits and treatments
• Assist physicians and clinical staff with patient care and clinical procedures
• Perform phlebotomy and specimen collection

Preferred Qualifications

• Completion of a Certified Medical Assistant Program
• Completion of a Phlebotomy Program
• 1+ year of phlebotomy experience, or willingness to learn
• Experience in fertility, reproductive medicine, OB/GYN, women's health, or a related specialty
• Experience assisting with clinical procedures
• Electronic Medical Records (EMR) experience
• Bilingual skills are a plus
