Job summary

IVI RMA North America in Littleton, CO is hiring a Temporary Medical Assistant to support a fertility care practice. The role offers hands-on clinical exposure, with a Monday–Friday schedule and occasional weekends/holidays.

You will assist in procedures, manage rooms and supplies, and help with specimen collection. Preferred candidates have a Certified Medical Assistant program and some phlebotomy EMR experience; familiarity with outpatient clinical workflows is a plus, and benefits apply after

Qualifications

• 6+ months experience as a Medical Assistant in physician practice.
• Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel.
• Ability to assist during clinical visits and procedures.
• Phlebotomy experience preferred.
• EMR experience preferred.

We are seeking a Temporary Medical Assistant to support our growing Littleton practice. This full-time opportunity offers hands‑on clinical experience in a specialized field of healthcare, working alongside an expert team committed to delivering exceptional patient outcomes.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM, with rotating weekends and holidays.

Essential Functions and Accountabilities:

Academic Training:

• Completion of Certified Medical Assistant Program – preferred

Requirements:

Preferred Experience:

• 1+ year Phlebotomy experience or willingness to learn preferred
• Prior experience in Fertility, OBGYN, or Women’s healthcare – preferred
• Experience supporting clinical procedures is a plus
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience - preferred
