Job summary

IVI RMA North America in Littleton, CO seeks a Temporary Medical Assistant to support our Fertility care team. This full-time role offers hands-on clinical experience in a specialized medical field, working with a dedicated team to improve patient outcomes. Schedule is Monday–Friday 7:00 AM–4:00 PM with rotating weekends and holidays.

6+ months MA experience preferred; CMA or Phlebotomy training is a plus. Proficiency in Outlook/Excel helpful; EMR experience valued.

Qualifications

• 6+ months experience as a Medical Assistant in physician practice
• Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel
• Completion of Certified Medical Assistant Program - preferred
• Phlebotomy Program - preferred

Responsibilities

• Prepare exam and procedure rooms
• Support patients during clinical visits and procedures
• Perform specimen collection and processing
• Assist Physicians with patient care and clinical procedures
• Maintain supplies and ensure rooms and equipment are clean and fully stocked
• Maintain clinical supplies inventory
• Specimen collection, processing for in-house and outside laboratories
• Provide patients with information regarding upcoming procedures and reassurance/comfort before, during and after procedures
