Job summary

IVIRMA North America is seeking a Temporary Medical Assistant for our Lafayette, CO practice. This full-time temporary role runs Monday–Friday from 7:00 am to 4:30 pm, supporting physicians during visits and procedures in a fertility-focused clinical environment.

Responsibilities include preparing exam rooms, specimen collection, EMR entries, and assisting with patient care. Weekend availability and some evenings may be required. Comprehensive benefits apply after meeting eligibility.

Qualifications

• 6+ months experience as a Medical Assistant in physician practice.
• Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel.
• EMR experience is preferred.

Salary Range: $24.00 To $26.00 Hourly

IVIRMA North America network of state-of-the-art fertility practices in the United States, is currently seeking a Temporary Medical Assistant to join our growing Lafayette practice! This is a full-time temporary position Monday-Friday 7am-4:30pm.

Essential Functions and Accountabilities:

• Prepare exam and procedure rooms
• Support patients during clinical visits and procedures
• Perform specimen collection and processing
• Assist Physicians with patient care and clinical procedures
• Maintain supplies and ensure rooms and equipment are clean and fully stocked
• Maintain clinical supplies inventory.
• Specimen collection, processing for in-house and outside laboratories.
• Provide patients with information regarding upcoming procedures and reassurance/comfort before, during and after procedures.

Academic Training:

• Completion of Certified Medical Assistant Program – preferred

Requirements:

• 6+ months experience as a Medical Assistant in physician practice

Preferred Experience:

• 1+ year Phlebotomy experience or willingness to learn preferred
• Prior experience in Fertility, OBGYN, or Women’s healthcare – preferred
• Experience supporting clinical procedures is a plus
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience - preferred
