Job summary

IVI-RMA North America is seeking a Temporary Medical Assistant to support our Littleton, CO practice. This full-time role offers hands-on clinical experience in a specialized field of healthcare, working with an expert team committed to delivering exceptional patient outcomes.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM, with rotating weekends and holidays. You will prepare exam rooms, assist during visits and procedures, collect specimens, and help maintain supplies and EMR documentation.

Qualifications

• 6+ months experience as a Medical Assistant in physician practice.
• Phlebotomy experience or willingness to learn preferred.
• Experience with EMR systems is a plus.
• Microsoft Office knowledge (Outlook and Excel).

Responsibilities

• Prepare exam and procedure rooms
• Support patients during clinical visits and procedures
• Perform specimen collection and processing
• Assist Physicians with patient care and clinical procedures
• Maintain supplies and ensure rooms and equipment are clean and fully stocked
• Maintain clinical supplies inventory
• Specimen collection, processing for in-house and outside laboratories
• Provide patients with information regarding upcoming procedures and reassurance/comfort before, during and after procedures
• Practice phlebotomy

• Experience supporting clinical procedures is a plus
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience - preferred
