Job summary

Endeavor Health in Gurnee, IL seeks a Medical Assistant/Patient Support Assistant for our Immediate Care team. You will handle phones, registrations, and front-desk duties, while assisting clinicians with basic vitals and patient flow. Some phlebotomy or injections may be required.

We offer rotating hours, daily operations across sites, and a pathway for growth with incentive programs and benefits. Training is provided for those new to medical assisting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; medical assisting program preferred.
• CPR certification through the American Heart Association required.
• One year of work experience in a medical office or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones

• Provide front office support and other physician practice tasks
• Check in and check out patients
