Qualifications

• CPR certification through the American Heart Association required.
• MA certification (AMT, AAMA, ARMA, CCMA, CMA, MAC, AMCA) preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones
• Schedule appointments
• Collect co-payments and complete patient registration
• Provide front office support and greet patients
• Document vital signs, allergies, medications and reason for visit
• Phlebotomy and injections may be required
• Verify insurances and check in/out patients
• Provide other administrative support to physician practice
