Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Graduate of an accredited medical assisting program is preferred, but not required.
• Certification: CPR through the American Heart Association required; Medical Assistant Certification preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones
• Schedule appointments

• Provide front office support to the physician practice

• Greet patients and escort them to exam room
