Endeavor Health in Skokie, IL is seeking a Medical Assistant/Patient Support Assistant to join our Medical Group Adult Endocrinology. This full-time role (40 hours) supports the physician practice with front desk tasks and basic clinical duties.

You will answer phones, schedule appointments, collect co-pays, verify insurance, check-in/out patients, document vitals, and assist with phlebotomy or injections as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; medical assisting program preferred.
• CPR certification through the American Heart Association required; MA certification preferred.
• One year of work experience in a medical office or related field with on-the-job training provided.

Responsabilités

• Answer phones and schedule patient appointments.
• Collect co-pays and complete patient registration.
• Verify insurances and check in/out patients.
• Greet patients and escort to exam rooms; document vitals and reason for visit.
• Provide front office support and basic phlebotomy/injections as needed.
