Job summary

This full-time role supports the physician team with front desk tasks, patient registration, appointment scheduling, and insurance verification while ensuring a smooth patient flow in a busy clinic.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule, competitive hourly pay, and benefits. CPR is required; GA/AMT certifications are preferred but not mandatory, and prior medical office

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Graduate of accredited medical assisting program preferred but not required.
• CPR certification through American Heart Association required; medical assistant certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones
