You will prepare treatment rooms, assist at the front desk as needed, and work with a caring team in a busy family-practice setting affiliated with Texoma Medical Center. This role emphasizes compassionate patient care, accurate record-keeping, and collaboration with nurses and staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Medical Assistant Certificate of Completion or 1 year of experience as a Medical Assistant.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.
• Familiarity with medical terminology preferred.
• Experience with patient check-in and check-out per clinic protocol.

Responsibilities

• Interviewing patients and measuring vital signs.
• Venipuncture and procedure assistance under physician direction.
• Documentation in EMR according to IPM guidelines.
• Prepare treatment rooms for examinations.
• Cover front desk as needed.
