Job summary

Responsibilities

• Clinical: Works close with providers to assist in delivering world class care to patients.
• Clinical: Room's patients and prepares the patient for the provider visit.
• Clinical: Takes vital signs and enters data into EMR.
• Clinical: Record patient history, chief complaint, pharmacy information, prescription list, etc. into EMR for physical.
• Clinical: Obtains required consents and completes forms for visit types.
• Clinical: Performs in office testing as needed and monitors expiration of supplies.
• Clinical: Chaperones providers as required.
• Clinical: Stocks rooms and monitors supplies in exam rooms.
