Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited MA program.
• Minimum 3 years of MA experience in a medical practice.
• Credentialing: ARMA/AMT/CCMA/AAMA/NCCT preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare examination rooms and patient education materials; ensure equipment is ready.
• Greet patients, complete intake, document vitals and clinical information in CIS.
• Assist with provider orders, testing, referrals, and imaging pre-authorizations.
• Assist with procedures and chart/documentation to maintain accurate patient records.
• Coordinate referrals and schedule appointments to ensure smooth patient flow.
