Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program or demonstrated MA II competencies with 3+ years’ experience.
• Professional MA certification via ARMA/AMT/CCMA/NHA/AAMA/NCCT preferred.

Responsabilités

• Prepare exam rooms and equipment for patient visits and procedures.
• Obtain and record patient medical history and vitals.
• Assist providers with procedures, injections, and tests per protocol.
• Document care and maintain patient records accurately.
• Provide patient education materials and discharge information.
• Coordinate referrals and follow-up appointments.
• Maintain clinic flow and assist with scheduling and communication.

Formation

Graduate of an accredited MA program

Registered/certified MA credentials (ARMA/AMT/CCMA/NHA/AAMA/NCCT)
