CenterWell Certified Healthcare Corp. is hiring a Medical Assistant 2 to be the first point of contact for patient care. The role combines administrative duties with clinical responsibilities, including vital signs, vaccine administration, phlebotomy, and EMR documentation.

The candidate will collaborate with physicians and APPs, support TB screening, and help maintain clean exam rooms. Requires MA training or CMA/RMA certification and CPR, with bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Successful completion of MA school/training program or CMA/RMA or 5+ years of experience with provider approval.
• CPR certification.
• TB screening required on hire.

Responsabilités

• Act as first point of contact for patient care and perform administrative duties.
• Conduct clinical tasks such as taking vital signs, medication/vaccine administration, phlebotomy and specimen collection.
• Document patient information in the electronic medical records system and coordinate with physicians/APPs.
• Maintain examination rooms and support TB screening program and policy adherence.
