Pelvic Rehabilitation Medicine is seeking a Medical Assistant to support clinical procedures, manage front desk tasks, and ensure a smooth patient experience. You will assist physicians with procedures, prepare exam rooms, and record vitals in the EMR.

The role emphasizes compassion, teamwork, HIPAA compliance, and efficient patient flow across a busy practice with multiple locations. Full-time position with $20-23 hourly salary and solid benefits.

Qualifications

• Certified Medical Assistant credentials (CMA/RMA/CCMA or equivalent).
• High School Diploma or GED or Associate degree.
• Prior experience as a medical assistant.
• Knowledge of medical office management systems and terminology.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients; manage front desk and patient flow.
• Prepare exam rooms and assist physicians with procedures, including ultrasound-guided treatments.
• Record vitals, update medical histories, and document in the EMR.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate follow-up care.
• Verify insurance eligibility and ensure all paperwork is properly completed.
• Maintain clinical and front office supplies; ensure rooms are clean and stocked.
• Support HIPAA, OSHA, and internal protocols.
