Qualifications

• High school diploma and 2+ years related experience required.
• Phlebotomy experience preferred, but not required; training offered.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care activities, including vital signs and record data.
• Prepare medical supplies and equipment for procedures.
• Explain procedures to patients and obtain cooperation.
• Enter prescriptions and orders into medical records; assist with forms.
• Schedule follow-up appointments and coordinate with medical secretary.
• Maintain clean, disinfected exam rooms and inventory.
