• Verify patient information and reason for visit.
• Prepare patients for examination and record vitals (BP, height, weight, BMI).
• Prepare charts and perform point-of-care tests and collect specimens.
• Manage incoming documents and assist with forms.
• Complete prior authorizations for medications and imaging services.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, document interactions in EMR.
• Maintain inventory of clinical supplies and clean exam rooms.
• Uphold safety, compliance, and regulatory standards.
