Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with Epic EMR within the last 15 months.
• Knowledge of NexGen EMR and general computer literacy.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and stay organized.
• Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Rooms patients and records vital signs accurately per policy.
• Prepare patients for procedures and assist during clinic operations.
• Administer medications as directed by the provider and document care.
• Manage referrals and coordinate with Referral Coordinator for specialist visits.
• Answer calls, take messages, and respond to patient inquiries promptly.
• Restock, sterilize, and maintain clinical rooms and equipment; ensure safety compliance.
