The role requires completing a Medical Assisting program, CPR certification, and the ability to work with diverse patient populations. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Completed Medical Assisting program from an Accredited College.
• CPR certification is required.

• Provides prompt medical support; maintains exam room, equipment, and supplies.
• Educates patients and addresses questions to ease anxieties.
• Supports the mission to provide healthcare access for all community members.
• Maintains open communication with supervisor and staff.
• Works flexible or extended hours as needed.
• Participates in center in-services and meetings.
• Adheres to confidentiality and privacy policies.
