Job summary

USA Clinics Group seeks a Medical Assistant to balance patient needs and maintain efficient office workflow, supporting physicians before, during, and after procedures. You will ensure patients receive excellent service and a positive experience.

The role requires 2–5 years of clinical experience, CMA/RMA/CCMA certification preferred, and fluency in Spanish and English. Salary is $21–$25 per hour, with paid training and a Monday-Wednesday 8-4 schedule in Tinton Falls, NJ.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent, required.
• 2-5 years of hands-on clinical experience as a Medical Assistant or in a similar direct patient care role, required.
• Experience performing clinical duties such as vital signs, patient rooming, phlebotomy, EKGs, injections, and specimen collection, required.
• Completion of a Medical Assistant training program and/or CMA/RMA/CCMA certification preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is required.

• Document patient vital signs, medical histories, and data in EMR/EHR.

Position Summary:

As a Medical Assistant, you would balance the needs of patients and maintain efficient work flow of the office as well as provide support to the physician in all facets of medical procedures – before during and after. In addition, you would ensure that the patient has an excellent service experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet, room, and assist patients upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming and positive patient experience.
• Obtain and document patient vital signs, medical histories, and other clinical information in the electronic medical record (EMR/EHR).
• Perform clinical tasks such as phlebotomy, EKGs, injections/vaccinations, specimen collection, and other duties within scope of training and certification.
• Accurately document patient interactions and clinical information using EMR/EHR systems.
• Deliver exceptional patient service while managing a high volume of patient interactions in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Utilize EMR/EHR platforms such as Epic, Athenahealth, eClinicalWorks, or similar systems.
• Support patient care within a healthcare setting, including physician offices, clinics, urgent care centers, pharmacies, hospitals, or home health environments.
• Leverage bilingual communication skills to support patient interactions when applicable.

• 2-5 years of hands-on clinical experienceas a Medical Assistant or in a similar direct patient care role (e.g., Medical Assistant externship, CNA, HHA, Nursing Assistant, or Patient Care Technician),required.

• Completion of a Medical Assistant training program and/or currentCMA, RMA, or CCMA certification preferred.
• Proven patient-facing or customer service experience in a fast-paced environment,required.
