Job summary

U.S. Urology Partners is seeking a Medical Assistant to provide administrative and clinical support across clinics. You will handle scheduling, records, patient greetings, vitals, and assist physicians with procedures, collaborating with RNs and LPNs to ensure high-quality care.

The role requires an MA degree or equivalent, HS diploma, and travel to other clinics as needed. OSHA training and proper documentation are essential components of daily work.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Medical Assistant degree from an accredited program.
• Minimum of one year experience preferred.
• Certified Medical Assistant preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and clinical support across clinics.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient records.
• Process referrals and collect copayments.
• Prepare exam rooms and ensure supplies are stocked.
• Record vital signs and assist physicians with procedures.
• Collaborate with RNs and LPNs to deliver care.
• Maintain OSHA training compliance and participate in trainings.
