Job summary

U.S. Urology Partners is seeking a Medical Assistant to provide both administrative and clinical support across our clinics in Massachusetts. The role requires independent work and teamwork, handling phones, scheduling, patient intake, and chart prep.

You’ll assist in procedures, verify histories, record vitals, and coordinate with RNs/LPNs for high-quality patient care in a professional office setting. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, a Medical Assistant credential,

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent required; Medical Assistant degree/certification preferred.
• One year of experience in a medical office is preferred.
• Certified Medical Assistant strongly preferred.
• Willingness to travel to other clinics as needed.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and address patient requests; schedule appointments.
• Check out, discharge patients and collect copayments as needed.
• Prepare exam rooms and ensure supplies are stocked and ready for patient care.
• Assist physicians and collaborate with RNs/LPNs to provide quality care.
• Maintain OSHA compliance and complete required trainings.
