Job summary

Ardent Health Services is seeking a day-shift, full-time Electrophysiology HOPD Medical Assistant (MA) in Albuquerque, NM. You will provide patient care, perform administrative tasks, and support the EP team in a fast-paced clinic setting.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, basic EMR and Microsoft Office knowledge, and BLS within 14 days of hire. CMA/RMA certification is preferred; associate’s degree and clinic experience are a plus.

Responsibilities

• The Medical Assistant Non-Certified provides superior patient care and performs administrative and delegated clinical tasks that support patients in a clinic-based environment as part of a care team led by the physician and/or advanced practice provider.
• This role supports daily clinic operations, including patient flow, charting, and coordination with care teams.

Job Requirements:

Preferred Job Requirements:

• Associate’s degree.
• Graduate from an accredited medical assistant/medical technologist school/program.
• Prior experience in a clinic or hospital setting supporting patient care.
• Current national certification as a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA).
