Ardent Health Services in Albuquerque, NM, is seeking a day-shift, full-time Electrophysiology Medical Assistant (MA) to join our clinic team. The role emphasizes providing compassionate patient care, handling administrative tasks, and supporting clinical staff in a fast-paced cardiology setting.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, EMR and MS Office familiarity, and BLS certification within 14 days of hire.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic EMR and Microsoft Office knowledge.
• BLS certification within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
• Preferred: Associate’s degree; Graduate from an accredited medical assistant program; CMA or RMA certification; prior clinic or hospital experience.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Basic Electronic Medical Record (EMR) and Microsoft Office knowledge.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.

Preferred Job Requirements:

• Associate’s degree.
• Graduatefrom an accredited medical assistant/medical technologist school/program.
• Prior experience in a clinic or hospital setting supporting patient care
• Current national certification as aCertified Medical Assistant(CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA).
