Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have Medical Assistant certificate and high school diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese strongly preferred depending on location.
• Nationally recognized Medical Assistant certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in direct patient care in outpatient clinic settings.
• Provide routine clinical and clerical support in the back office.
• Document patient information and procedures in the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
• Support Nursing Supervisor/Manager with back-office process feedback.
