Indiana University Health, Inc. is seeking a Medical Assistant to support direct patient care in a fast-paced clinic setting. You will manage rooming, vital signs, injections, and assist with procedures under supervising physicians.

You will document encounters in the EMR, verify histories and medications, and help coordinate follow-up care while maintaining exam room readiness and supply levels throughout the day.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Graduation from a Medical Assistant program preferred.
• Certification in CMA/RMA/CCMA/NCMA/CMAC preferred but not required.

Mansioni

• Room patients and obtain/document vital signs.
• Administer injections and medications as ordered by the provider.
• Assist providers with in-office procedures and treatments.
• Perform chart preparation and pre-visit review to ensure information is available.
• Review medical histories, medications, allergies, and test results prior to appointments.
• Document patient information accurately in the EMR.
• Support patient flow and coordinate follow-up care as needed.
• Maintain exam rooms and stock supplies for clinical readiness.
