Qualifications

Responsibilities

Greet, room, and prepare patients; take and document vital signs.
Support clinical procedures (EKGs, specimen collection, point-of-care testing).
Maintain clean, stocked, and ready exam rooms.
Ensure accurate documentation in the EMR per clinical guidelines.
Assist with scheduling, check-in, referrals, and patient instructions as needed.
Communicate with providers, patients, and team about delays or follow-ups.
Follow workflows, safety protocols, infection control, and department guidelines.
Support operational flow and provider efficiency by anticipating needs.
