• Support clinical procedures such as EKGs, specimens, POCT.
• Maintain clean, stocked exam rooms throughout the day.
• Document accurately in the EMR per guidelines.
• Assist with scheduling, check-in, referrals, and instructions.
• Communicate delays or needs with providers and patients.
