The ideal candidate has an accredited Medical Assistant program (externship preferred) or equivalent experience, with strong attention to detail and a customer-service mindset. This position is full-time and on-site.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited medical assistant program; externship preferred.
• OR at least one year of direct patient care as a medical assistant.
• Must meet state requirements and credentials.

Responsibilities

• Perform DOT and non-DOT drug and alcohol testing.
• Prepare patients for exams, take vital signs, and assist with testing.
• Assist clinicians during examinations and treatments.
• Handle front and back office tasks, locate records, enroll patients, and ensure HIPAA compliance.
