The Medical Assistant under the supervision of the Health Center Nurse Manager is responsible for assisting in the delivery of occupational, primary, urgent, and emergent care in an ambulatory setting with emphasis on prevention, treatment, and health maintenance.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Must have strong phlebotomy skills. Effective communication skills, high level of customer service and ability to work as a member of a team. Knowledge of medical terminology and basic human anatomy.
