Medi-Weightloss of Warwick, RI is seeking a Medical Assistant with strong front office and clinical skills to join our busy weight-management clinic. You will handle patient intake, vitals, EKG, phlebotomy, and EMR documentation while coordinating with the medical team.

The ideal candidate has Medical Assistant certification, front office experience including insurance knowledge, excellent communication, and a willingness to support marketing efforts and clinic operations.

Competenze

• Medical Assistant certification.
• Front office experience, including insurance and VOB knowledge.
• Clinical experience in EKG and phlebotomy.
• Prior experience and training in exercise (a plus).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Mansioni

• Obtain patient vitals and perform EKG and phlebotomy.
• Administer IM injections and prepare laboratory order forms.
• Maintain patient charts in EMR and document progress notes.
• Answer multi-line calls and route inquiries; conduct follow-up calls.
• Assist physicians with referrals and coordinate with office staff.
• Support clinic marketing efforts and promote profitability and success.
