Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in patients, schedule visits and assist with medical procedures.
• Support medical staff by preparing exam rooms and ensuring supplies are stocked.
• Assist with vital signs, phlebotomy and point-of-care testing as needed.
• Enter information in the EMR and assist with appointment coordination.
• Escort patients to radiology and lab, and communicate wait times and delays.

Education

High School diploma or GED

MA, EMT, CNA, LNA certificate or diploma; or 5 months direct patient care experience
