Oc Urgentcare Medical Group Incorporated is seeking a Medical Assistant to perform routine clinical and administrative tasks across multiple clinic locations. The role covers front desk duties, patient intake, and basic care support to physicians.

You will greet patients, schedule appointments, assist with exams, draw blood, run basic lab tests, and help with documentation while adhering to HIPAA and OSHA guidelines. Travel to other clinics is required as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or related education/experience.
• 1-2 years of medical experience preferred.
• Uphold standards and regulations set by HIPAA and OSHA.

Responsabilités

• Greet patients over the phone and in person; front desk reception and scheduling.
• Register patients, collect registrations forms, and maintain records.
• Assist physicians during exams, perform phlebotomy, basic lab tests, and EKGs.
• Prepare medications under physician direction; change dressings and assist with minor procedures.
• Maintain supplies, sterilize instruments, and ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Travel to other locations as needed and communicate patient information accurately.
