Job summary

The Integrity Care Group is seeking a Medical Assistant to support providers in examinations and patient care according to clinic standards. You will gather histories, measure vital signs, prepare exam rooms, and assist with procedures, injections, lab specimen collection, and basic radiology support as needed.

Strong attention to patient confidentiality, accuracy in documentation, and the ability to work across front office duties are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; MA program preferred.
• BLS certification preferred.
• 2 years Medical Assistant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greets patients, manages flow, and escorts to discharge area.
• Obtains patient history, triages, and records vital signs.
• Explains procedures and prepares exam rooms for providers.
• Assists with injections, wound care, and specimen collection.
• Performs basic diagnostic tests and CLIA-waived labs.
• Coordinates referrals, follow-ups, and registration duties.
• Maintains inventory and ensures equipment is ready for use.
