Job summary

Integrity Care Group is seeking a Medical Assistant to support providers in examinations and treatments, ensuring patient confidentiality and efficient flow in the clinic.

The role involves triage, vital signs, exam room preparation, specimen collection, injections, basic imaging support, and clerical duties as needed. Must have a High School Diploma, MA certification preferred, and BLS certification; 2 years experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; accredited Medical Assistant program preferred.
• MA course completion certification preferred.
• Must obtain and maintain a current BLS certification.
• 2 years of Medical Assistant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greets patients professionally and manages patient flow from reception to discharge.
• Obtains patient history, vitals, and documents in chart.
• Examinations prep and assisting provider with procedures.
• Sterilizes instruments and manages supply handling.
• Administers injections, draws blood, and assists with various procedures as directed.
• Performs CLIA-waived labs and prepares specimens for send-out.
• Assists with registration and clerical duties as needed.
