Job summary

Ascension Health is seeking a dedicated team member to join the Float Pool at Ascension Menasha Midway Office Building in Menasha, WI. You’ll prepare examination rooms, interview patients, measure vital signs and document care records to support accurate clinical assessments, and assist physicians and registered nurses with treatments and procedures.

You’ll also manage administrative tasks to keep the clinic workflow efficient.

Qualifications

• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
• BLS Provider certification within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date, accepts American Heart Association or American Red Cross.

Responsibilities

• Prepare examination rooms, interview patients, measure vital signs and document care records to support accurate clinical assessments.
• Assist physicians and registered nurses with ordered treatments and clinical procedures to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Manage administrative tasks including phone inquiries, record keeping and filing to maintain efficient clinic workflow.
• Coordinate inventory ordering and supply stocking to maintain a clean, safe and organized care environment.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration

• Required Credential(s):

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education

• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. *Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
